3. Operating rules
Before operating this system, please read the equipment instruction manual and drawings carefully. Our company does not assume any responsibility for any adverse consequences caused by failure to follow these procedures, or unauthorized modification or change of equipment usage.
Boot steps:
Before starting the machine each time, please check whether the rotating part is flexible, whether the cooling water is connected, whether the valve is in the correct position, whether there is any leakage, and whether there are any safety hazards. The operator must be trained and familiar with emergency measures.
Keep the circulating water and chilled water valves open to ensure normal supply of circulating water and chilled water.

Equipment introduction
Evaporation chamber
The main evaporation chamber consists of an evaporation chamber with a built-in condenser, motor, magnetic stirring, stainless steel rollers and modified PTFE scrapers. The heavy fraction products are left in the collection bottle from the inner wall of the evaporation chamber or are automatically discharged through the gear pump; the light fraction products flow downward from the condenser into the collection bottle or are automatically discharged through the gear pump.
Control box
The control box has a digital display to manually adjust the speed of the feed gear pump and the discharge gear pump to control the flow rate. Display the vacuum degree of the equipment and control the start and stop of the vacuum pump.
External dual condenser system
The double condenser design protects the vacuum system, and the external first condenser can collect some escaping light fraction gasification products.
Vacuum system
The vacuum system consists of a rotary vane vacuum pump and a diffusion pump. After the rotary vane vacuum pump is started, if a higher vacuum degree is required, start the diffusion pump after half an hour of use to meet the higher vacuum degree requirements. Equipped with shut-off valve and anti-air valve.
Temperature control system
The complete set of equipment uses 2 heaters, 1 low-temperature constant temperature reaction bath, and 2 chillers.
