C1D1 Modular Extraction Pod (Multi-Zone)

This PodTronix ProXtracts Multi-Zone Enclosure is a fully integrated hazardous-location room system designed and engineered to meet or exceed all major U.S. fire, electrical, and mechanical codes for hydrocarbon processing environments.

The system consists of three independent but integrated C1D1 rooms, each purpose-built with dedicated ventilation, safety monitoring, and UL-listed control infrastructure. The enclosure is constructed using double-wall insulated steel panels, industrial ventilation systems, and redundant life-safety components, making it suitable for high-compliance extraction facilities.

This unit was engineered for isobutane-based hydrocarbon environments, with calibrated gas detection and purge airflow designed to evacuate gases near floor level, where hydrocarbons accumulate.

Walls: 2″ double-wall 20-gauge insulated steel panels, tongue-and-groove assembly

Ceiling: 18-gauge steel panels

Finish: Bright white powder-coated interior and exterior

Floor Mounting: Floor rails with 3/8″ × 3″ anchor bolts every 24″ (or per local code)
